Jiangsu Hengchang New Technology Co., Ltd. is one of China's top-five B2B manufacturers of PVC decor films for SPC and LVT flooring, furniture and wall panels. From our headquarters in Zhenjiang and our plant in Bac Giang, Vietnam, we supply flooring manufacturers, furniture makers and distributors across Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. Founded in April 2009, HENGCHANG has grown into a technology-driven decor film specialist with more than 1,000 patterns across wood grain, marble and stone, carpet texture, coiled material and static texture designs. We operate Asia's widest 2300mm gravure printing line and hold 56 patents, six of them invention patents. Since 2016 we have printed with water-based inks, and our Jiangsu Province Green Factory certification and real-time environmental monitoring reflect a lasting commitment to responsible manufacturing.

What is the minimum order quantity, and can I get samples first?+
Minimum order quantities depend on the pattern, film specification and level of customization, so we quote them individually for each project. Before committing to a production run, you can request samples of any of our 1,000+ patterns to test lamination, embossing registration and color matching on your own lines. How long are your production lead times?+
Standard orders are produced within 15 working days from order confirmation. Customized developments, such as new spot colors or pattern adaptations, may require additional time for design approval and proofing. Our sales support is available 24/7 to confirm the schedule for your specific order.
How does the customization process work?+
You start by choosing a pattern from our five categories, then define your colors, including exact spot-color matching, and select the surface style that fits your product. Water-based ink printing is available as an option throughout the process. Our team accompanies each step from design proof to production release, with 24/7 sales support.
Which materials and specifications do you offer?+
We produce decor films on PVC as well as PP, PET and PETG substrates, with thicknesses from 0.03 mm to 0.2 mm and widths from 980 mm up to 2300 mm, printed on Asia's widest 2300 mm gravure line. The finished product structure combines a UV coating, wear-resistant layer, middle layer, base layer and the HC color layer. This covers typical requirements for SPC/LVT flooring, furniture foils and wall panels.
What sustainability certifications and green technologies do you have?+
We are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and our Zhenjiang site is a recognized Jiangsu Province Green Factory with national real-time environmental monitoring. We converted to water-based ink printing in 2016-2017, significantly reducing solvent emissions. The company also holds 56 patents, including 6 invention patents, and the Jiangsu "Specialized and Innovative Little Giant" designation.
Do you ship from China or Vietnam, and what does that mean for tariffs?+
We operate plants in Zhenjiang, China (130M+ metres per year, expanding to 190M by 2025) and in Bac Giang, Vietnam (60M metres per year), and can ship from either site. Depending on your market, sourcing from Vietnam may offer more favorable tariff treatment than Chinese-origin goods, particularly for North American buyers. Our sales team can advise on the optimal shipping origin for your destination and volume.
